Monday Night Meditation 7:30pm- 9:00pm - 2nd and 3rd Monday's of the month
Tuesday Morning Meditation 7:00am- 8:45 am every week
Come join us for energization exercises, (energy control exercises), chanting, meditation and healing prayers. Practice the techniques that you learned in your class and develop more inner peace by meditating with others who have meditated for many years.
- Monthly Guided Kriyaban Meditation June 14th, June 26th, Saturday Morning 7:30am-10:00am
- Only initiated Kriyabans may attend this guided meditation. Deepen your attunement on the path of Kriya Yoga, the sacred science of Self-realization, by meditating with other Kriyabans
The technique of Kriya Yoga meditation is given by initiation after one has established a regular practice of meditation, is utilizing the techniques of energization, Hong Sau and Aum Technique and has taken discipleship. Paramhansa Yogananda spoke of the Kriya technique as the Jet airplane route to Self-realization.
